About

We love passion flowers and grow many varieties in our Sonoran desert garden. As our site grows, we will add useful information on how to successfully grow passiflora. Our summer temperatures can climb as high as 122 degree F. and our winter lows can be 22 degrees F., with less than 7 inches of rain per year. We have yet to lose a passion vine to to weather extremes. Our desert climate is far outside the recommended growing range of most passion vines, so we hope to offer insight to other gardeners to help them in growing these wonderful plants.
